SynergAir Aluminum Tubing

Standard tubing length is 16 feet, but we can supply in 8 foot lengths, in multiple quantities of 2. SynergAir tubing is manufactured from marine grade aluminum (6063 T4) to ensure the highest
quality levels and outstanding performance when accompanied by our engineered range of fittings. SynergAir Aluminum Pipe is an affordable, easy to use option in place of traditional piping systems like steel or copper.

The heart of the Eco-Line product is a high quality aluminum alloy tubing which provides a super efficient, lightweight, flexible and easy to install system. With the use of a standard tubing cutter any type of system can be installed. Whether it’s a simple straight run along a wall to the most complex of installations, Eco-Line will prove to be the easiest system in the market to use.

The preperation and installation of aluminum pipe for compressed air is an easy process.

First cut the pipe to length using a standard pipe cutter (do not use a hacksaw or reciprocating saw). Clean rough edges of the cut with a deburring tool for a smooth finish. That’s it the aluminum tubing is ready to effortlessly insert into the SynergAir Eco Line Fittings.

The SynergAir system is specifically built for smaller installations in the use of autobody shops, woodworking and home garage shops, it is not intended for large scale operations and for those applications we suggest using the Infinity or Elevation Piping systems to handle much greater CFM ranges.
